RPS Mentoring Programme

What is the RPS Mentoring Programme?

We've listened to feedback from our RPS Mentors asking for more training and support, because you want to be more effective as mentors.

This programme, Your Journey to Becoming an Effective Mentor, will help to improve your mentoring skills and build confidence, so you can be a more effective mentor.

As a mentor, you will gain access to tools, ideas and resources, including specific skills for use in different mentoring relationships. This will enable you to become a more confident and effective mentor.

This free programme is only available to RPS members.
