The Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) is proud to launch ‘Your Journey to Becoming an Effective Mentor’ - a new mentoring development programme designed to help pharmacists build confidence and improve their mentoring skills.

Launching on Thursday 29 May 2025, the programme is open for registration now and is free for RPS members.

Developed in response to member feedback, the four-part programme runs from 29 May to 22 September 2025 and includes a series of expert-led webinars and e-learning modules. It’s tailored to support pharmacists at all stages of their mentoring journey – whether they’re new to mentoring or looking to further develop their skills.

Participants will:

• Learn from experienced mentors in real-life scenarios
• Gain strategies to navigate challenges and mentor effectively
• Build confidence and grow their mentoring network
• Reflect and share insights with peers
