
The Royal Pharmaceutical Society has appointed Amandeep Doll to the role of Director for England following a competitive and rigorous recruitment process.
Amandeep is currently Head of Engagement & Professional Belonging at RPS and also works as a specialist medical pharmacist at Nottingham University Hospital Trust. Aman has worked at RPS for 8 years and in her current role leads on implementing the Inclusion and Diversity strategy for the profession to create a sense of belonging for all who work within pharmacy. She will take up the role of Director for England in August 2025.
The role of Director for England drives professional leadership for the pharmacy profession in England, and leads on national policy development and advocacy across England, in partnership with the English Pharmacy Board.
RPS Chief Executive Paul Bennett said:

Over the last five years she has not only brought to life our equality, diversity and inclusion strategy with great commitment and drive, but as a well-respected member of the RPS senior leadership team and Head of Engagement & Professional Belonging, has led her team with characteristic enthusiasm and energy. I look forward to seeing Aman grow yet further as a leader in her new position and as part of the pharmacy professional leadership function led by Elen Jones, Interim Director of Pharmacy.”

Aman brings a wealth of insight and expertise to the role including leading training at Kettering General Hospital, contributing to the Pharmacy Reforms Programme at Health Education England and shaping advanced practice programmes at RPS.
