A total of 38 candidates are standing in the inaugural elections to the National Pharmacy Advisory Councils of England, Scotland and Wales. The Councils will play a central role in shaping pharmacy policy and practice of the future Royal College of Pharmacy in their nation.
No election is required in Scotland as the number of candidates match the number of vacancies.
The confirmed candidates are:
All Royal Pharmaceutical Society Members (MRPharmS) and RPS Fellows (FRPharmS) are eligible to vote in these elections.
Voting opens at 9am 23 February and will close at 5pm 11 March. Eligible members will be able to cast their votes securely through the Mi-Voice online voting platform and results will be announced on 13 March.
